These terms of purchase govern the relationship between the buyer and the online store when purchasing goods.

2. Placing an Order
- To place an order, select your products, add them to the cart, and complete the order form.
- Upon confirming your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
- The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of payment.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are listed in euros (€) excluding VAT. VAT is added in the order summary.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer according to the invoice.
- Orders are processed after payment is received.
4. Delivery
- Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown in the order summary.
- Delivery time depends on the destination and is typically 3–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are confirmed after the order is placed.
5. Returns
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please notify us by email before sending the return.

We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Data is not shared with third parties without your consent.
